The amount of spices is perfect and as the Restaurant is a raw food place

the dish is also not hotter than 48°C. It's so nourishing and with the sprouts,cashews and Zucchini so amazingly filling but not heavy at all but light and energized afterwards.

Very tasty creamy raw version of the Malaysian noodle soup served warm with zucchini noodles.

The flavour is nice, I needed extra lime and chilli to kick it up a notch and I resisted the urge to put some salt. I really enjoyed it and it could have a tad more flavour for a flavour junkie like me.
