The Savour BLT

A great dish for those who want to cut down on their carb intake but are craving burgers. The sprouted sunflower seed bread is amazing, it’s has nice thin crispy crunch. And its lightness also helps to bring out the freshness of the other ingredients, which includes “bacon” made of coconut. The dish comes with some yummy dehydrated kale and beetroot chips.

Got to be my favourite raw dish at Wholesome Savour after trying several different mains. Probably value for money when the 1-for-1 burpple deal is used.

This is quite a unique dish. The flavours are a lot but all seem to complement each other. Full menu list: Spring butter lettuce, heritage tomato, avocado, streaky coconut 'bacon' and lemon cream, served between sprouted sunflower sea and onion 'bread'.
