Classic vegan BLT - would add avocado next time as well.
It was tasty. The bread felt like it could be heartier. But otherwise, the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the tempeh was flavorful. Not the great BLT type sandwich I’ve ever had, but still pretty darned good.
This is the Rocko sandwich (with avocado)! It has been my favorite sandwich from orchard grocer lately! It’s a classic BLT made vegan with house made tempeh bacon, tomato, greens and mayo on whole wheat quinoa bread.🌱
This was an awesome sandwich. Orchard Grocer is a little expensive so I’m not in there all the time, but when I’ve got the funds and am in the area, I would definitely pick this up again.
