Miso Eggplant Poke Bowl

Another mind blowing poke bowl with the incredible miso tahini. I’m not the biggest eggplant fan but in this bowl, it was delicious 🌱

The Poke Co is my fave Poke restaurant and they have so many Vegan options which makes them even cooler

A delicious combination of flavours. The lovely coconut chips and coconut rice was a special treat at the bottom of the bowl. The miso eggplant was perfectly cooked. Would definitely order this again!

Nice variety of ingredients to give an interesting taste. Also makes you feel like you're eating healthy 😂 Dropped some by mistake so mixture looks a bit weird after that. #capetown #southafrica
