Probably the least vegan friendly restaurant I've been to 😅 you can basically only have
salads/bowls 😅 at least you can choose your own ingredients from a quite long list. For mine i chose edamame, avocado, bell peppers, rocket, black rice, almond slices and balsamic glaze. It was very good, all the ingredients were fresh and tasty.
The only flaw is that there's no vegan option to choose among from the "protein" section: although there are a lot of definitely not vegan things you could put in your salad, they didn't bother to insert even only a vegan one (like tofu, which would have been an easy to find and cheap option for them).
Overall, the salad was very good and tasty, but it is clear as day that they don't plan on having a lot of vegan customers.
At least they had a vegan cake, which I was very surprised to see. But we'll talk more about it in the next review 😌
