Rainbow Veggie Sandwich

I really enjoyed this sandwich. It was LOADED with veggies, textures and flavors. It had tomatoes, purple carrot shavings, avocado, beetroot hummus, sprouts and micro greens. It came with a balsamic massaged kale salad! They also believe in sustainability and practice that in their kitchen. (Another reason to support) #veganuary #abillionlove

Absolutely delicious sandwich! this is the second time this week i’ve ordered this, because I couldn’t stop thinking about it after I got it the first time. It’s made of Beet hummus and avocado spread, ribboned rainbow carrots, micro greens, cucumber, and tomato (which I omitted), all on local, homemade bread, and it is simply amazing. The textures of the raw vegetables are complex and interesting enough alone to give it 5 stars, even ignoring the magnificent taste. my only complaint is that it is a little pricy, but it is worth it for how good it is, and to support a local vegan business.

Such a delicious and colorful sandwich! Great flavor and such a simple concept.
