i’m not the biggest quinoa fan myself, but i tried some of this salad and
really enjoyed it! i love how it is packed with vegetables and the chickpeas add a nice textural contrast. the salad itself tastes fresh and wholesome. i don’t have too much to say, but i would recommend it!
