Banh Mi'

It was a good idea to do a change on he well-known Vietnamese sandwich on French bread, taste-wise I would have preferred the original.

Their banhi mi comes with their in-house pate, scrambled tofu and plant based seitan. Really good flavour but I prefer their saigon delight 💕

The bread wasn’t as crisp as the last time I had it. Hope it’ll be better the next time I go back!

I have always been disappointed in Banh Mis, but THIS WAS BOMB. I am constantly craving it now. I dare say its better than their noodles

This is nice, the baguette was only slightly crispy, however, but it’s loaded with ingredients.
