The Impossible Burger

My second time enjoying an impossible burger. Oliver's does it right. Great dish if you are vegan or omni. A bit messy but what good burger isn't? The pretzel bun was a bonus.

Amazing Impossible burger with vegan cheese, roasted pepper, avacodo, heirloom tomatoes, lettuce, special vegan sauce on a pretzel bun, a mile high delight! Delicious, but a bit messy, maybe not on a first date, but a must try dish here! We also ordered the roasted sweet potato appetizer, which was also fantastic! Come to Oliver’s you will not be disappointed!
