You’ll definitely want to like beets if you order this, but it is delicious! The
dressing and Chao cheese are a great touch, and it all went really well on the marble rye.
The Phoebe is similar to a reuben. I love the beets and sauerkraut on this
sandwich, and it also comes with vegan cheese and 1000 island dressing.
Vegan version of a rueben with smoked beets as the meat. I think it was
too much beet for my liking but pretty good.
