Crispy Okra

This delicious appetiser does well in both texture and flavour. Crispy okra drizzled with a

kind of sweet balsamic glaze

Fried stuff are always yummy! This could do with a little more salt.

Thought it was drizzled with honey/maple but it's actually sweet vinegar reduction. Super yummy! I

googled and found out it's actually pretty easy to DIY, just bring balsamic vinegar to a boil then reduce heat and allow it to thicken into a sweet glaze! Need to try remaking this in my own kitchen 🤓

So crunchy! Okra's one of my favourite vegetables of all time. I bet this goes

perfect with beer - not that I know because I'm doing Dry January 🍺⛔
