An open style sandwich on toasted farm load bread with Fairview Cheddar, apple chutney, marinated
baby marrow and green leaves. The cheddar was ok, didn’t knock my socks off but I am yet to find an amazing vegan cheddar. But it worked well with the other ingredients creating a lovely flavour combination.
