The Enlightenment Pizza

The Enlightenment Pizza consisted of Romesco sauce, Violife mozzarella, roasted shallots, bell peppers, diced Roma tomatoes, roasted mushrooms, California black olives, and fresh julienne spinach. Every bite was heavenly! I will definitely return, so I can try their other Vegan options. I give Spinoza's two thumbs up!
