“The Classic” Taco

From awhile back when I was going through Knoxville, I got these tacos with a side of fries. They were extremely good, though not too different from other vegan tacos I’ve had or made myself. But I would recommend them if you’re craving some!

Sunspot Restaurant has a very vegan friendly menu. Lots to choose from. “The Classic” is a Beyond Beef taco in a flour shell. It includes vegan cheese, lettuce, pico (onion, tomato...), and a “sour cream” made with tofu. I ate one. Then I ordered another. Ate that one, too. Loved them. $6 each. A bargain! #amillionturns3
