House made biscuits topped with just “egg”, gravy, and hollandaise. I would have preferred steamed

spinach, and dish would probably be better with some tempeh “bacon”.

Amazing!

I can't get good vegan biscuits and gravy in my area and I haven't been able to perfect making them at home yet. This dish was great. There is a tofu scramble mixed with the B&Gs and tomatoes and spinach mixed in...
