Okay, so first, I'm not the biggest brunch fan, I never like the brunch menus

as well as the weekday or evening menus at restaurants. Everything at The Butchers Daughter is vegetarian and most things can be made vegan, but again the menu is smaller for brunch.

This #vegan sandwich had sourdough bread, adzuki bacon, rosemary mayo, stone ground mustard, avocado, roasted tomato and arugula. It was a bit pricey at $15 in comparison of other things we got in the city. I really liked the flavor of the adzuki (red bean) bacon. It had a really nice flavor. I'm not a mustard fan, so definitely could do without that, but the rosemary was a nice touch.

They have small indoor seating but a rather large patio that is covered and kept us dry from the rain, and they also have a beautiful completely sheltered parklet. It's a beautiful restaurant and the service was really great as well.

It was delicious. Would 100% get again. The adzuki bacon was really good. For someone

who doesn’t eat meat because they don’t actually like it, it was great because it added texture and flavor and didn’t try to actually replicate meat.
