This is a relatively new dish for Hudson's. It's rich and delicious. A clever combo, with caramelised onions, truffle oil, mushrooms, etc There is a lot of (Nature & Moi) vegan cheese on it (which melts beautifully) and you really feel like you're getting value for money. It's just yum. You must order it #greyton

Absolute delicious eggplant topped pizza. Crispy base with a lovely cheesy flavour. The olives added a delightful salty taste. Quite pricey at nearly R100 but still a wonderful treat.
