The Antipasti: Pressed sourdough sandwich with vegan mozarella, hummus, pesto, olives, caramelised onions & sundried tomatoes

This sourdough toastie from the takeout section at Knead, Muizenberg was the ideal breakfast-on-the-beach option. I asked them to cut it in half and shared it with my partner and our dog, Ling — with a wake-up almond flat white. We all enjoyed it so much that we got a second one to share 👌🏽✨
