Thai Style Hot and Sour Veggie Tofu Noodle Soup

Words are not enough to describe my feelings (yes feelings!) for this soup. I order it so often that I feel we have a relationship. I never get tired of this combination of spice and sourness ... just perfect. #tierradeanimales
