Thai Stew with Oyster Mushroom and Seitan

Thai stew with oyster mushrooms, seitan and Thai basil. Basmati rice, Kimchi, sesame, spring onions and pita. A delicious, filling dish full of amazing flavours.

This was my friend’s order. She’s from Asia and definitely not vegan, she is always on the hunt for real Asian food. She rated this dish 10/10. She said it tasted so good and like real Thai food and she mentioned more than once how good it tasted even though it’s vegan.
