Thai Banana Rolls with Ice cream

Just image spring rolls, but instead of a veggie filling, it’s filled with a mashed bananas, which works surprisingly well. The ice cram on top is definitely a great addition as it balances out all the flavours (besides, who doesint like ice cream?)
