Made of pumpkin seeds, this mock egg roll tastes and has texture just like egg!
This is a Kathi roll that you can have, if you miss the taste of eggs. Quite tasty and soft on the stomach, apt if you want to quick bite and it doesn’t burn a hole in the pocket too as it’s priced around Rs 250. Also, since it’s free of maida, i didn’t need to worry about the calories- healthy as it’s maida-free.
