Teriyaki tempe burger

I had to deconstruct it to actually be able to eat it but it was a nice meal! #burger #veganbali

Another dish from Sayuri - I visited during the day this time, and they seemed busy, but there were still tables free. This burger was delicious - slices of teriyaki #tempeh served in a green bun with #veganmayo, gherkins, tomato and lettuce. The only downside was the #sweetpotatocrisps. The menu called them chips, and my British brain assumed I'd get a side of fries, so you can imagine my disappointment when the waiter delivered a tiny side dish of hard, tasteless crisps instead!

First time I have this dish and absolutely loved it. Great switch from the usual fully or mostly raw meals of sayuri! #veganin2020
