Stir-fried bell peppers, tofu, cauliflowers, various mushrooms, carrots, black fungus, and wongbok. A diverse and
vibrant-looking mix! Everything tasted fresh and not too oily. My only complaint was that the sauce (whatever it was) was a bit too salty and strong in flavour, and the veggies nearer to the bottom where the layer of sauce was were covered in it.
