Tea tree mushrooms

My first time having tea tree mushrooms. Interesting taste, I like that it’s slightly firm. Overall a very good dish.

I dont think i have ever had these kind of mushrooms before. It is stir fried with some onions, greens and chilli. The mushroom is very flavorful.

First time trying tea tree mushrooms. Love how crunchy & flavourful this was, though I would have preferred a lot less oil (no surprise) xP Will try hunting this ingredient down in herb shops / supermarkets :3
