This is my favorite dish! The battered and fried seitan is beyond delicious! I’ve never
found such good seitan anywhere else. The mashers ‘n gravy are great, too. Certainly a dish you won’t forget.

This seitan was absolutely delicious! The mashed potatoes and gravy were the perfect side.
The black eyed peas and the greens were under seasoned, in my opinion. The seitan
and mashed potatoes were both really good though.
