Cauliflower was uncooked for my particular dish, but would be good if prepared properly. The
sauce and peppers were good. Overall I think they definitely have room for improvement on offerings and consistency.

Finally tried a cauliflower steak and I’m so glad I did! So different and so
yummy. Delicious purée underneath with the ‘steak’ and bits of roasted cauliflower here and there. Some really soft red pepper and red onion. Great flavour combo, really impressed with Tashas 👍🏼
It’s was very average, expected something better from the Tasha’s brand
