Really enjoy this little snack. Crispy on the outside and that soft tofu texture on the inside. I have ordered it a couple times now

This is fried tofu with cucumber and cilantro. I love tofu but it was an interesting combination so I wasn't really sure. But it's really good! I would definitely order this next time.
