Pickled green Hawaiian mango with citrus avocado puree. I didn't even know that there was

avocado, neither by taste nor look, until I went back and re-read the menu. My friend and I thought it was green olives. So far, my least favorite at this restaurant, but then of course, I've never been a fan of unripe mango. But this is what my friend selected for us to share. Everything is worth a try at least once though (sometimes twice, in my experience).

The Mango Soda on the other hand was very refreshing, one I'd get again. I like the chili seasoning they add to the rim. It reminds me of the Mexican Fruit Seasoning that I get.

As far as the background picture, this was a shirt my friend made for me. Looks like abillionveg cuts off part of the top and bottom portion of pictures, but this shirt says "If he isn't vegan, let that mango." Thought I'd clarify, since the pic here appears to be "isn't vegan...." Everything in this fine restaurant is vegan.

Divine! Healthy appetizers to have with a little vegan wine before the big meal. Lovely!


This nigiri was very cool and interesting idea but I think it was a tiny

bit too pickled for me.
