Tandoori Hedgehog Mushroom Quesadilla with Salsa & Guacamole

I’ve ordered this quite a few times and really enjoy it. The mushrooms are super meaty and the vegan cheese it gooey and tasty. The guacamole and salsa are nice toppings.

This quesadilla really tasted like chicken because of the hedgehog mushrooms! The guacamole and corn salsa was super fresh and delicious. They also had a fermented chilli sauce which was really flavourful.
