Taiwanese Popcorn Mock-Chicken

A great dish; very yummy and a very good imitation. Got the peppery taste of popcorn chicken down and the mock meat is very similar to the fibreless amalgamation of random meat that is used to make normal popcorn chicken. A favourite of mine, I wish there was more!
