Although yellow Thai curry will always be my favourite, this was really good. I love having tofu in my Thai curry and I thought the cashews were a nice extra touch. This was also more spicy than I thought it would be. Not in a burning way, but it definitely had a nice kick. #thai #curry #tofu #cashew #spicy
