Tahini bun

This is a kind of cinnamon roll made with tahini. I didn’t really taste the tahini much, but the dough was soft and fluffy with a pleasant crust and mild sweetness. My rating is 8 out of 10. #tahini

Really perfect and fluffy pastery. The tahini flavor is really soft and not overwhelming. I would be fine without the sugar on top.
