This is my favorite vegan mexican restaurant of all time! They don't rely heavily on
fake cheese and meat here. Instead they focus on the fresh flavors of housemade sauces and seasoned veggies. Of course there is some fake cheese and meat on the menu, but it acts as a team member rather than a solo act. This round I chose the plantain mole taco (great balance on the mole sauce), the veggie taco (mashed potatie, roasted poblano pepper, corn, mushroom, garlic, lettuce, and cilantro sauce), and the mushroom asada taco.
