Tacos with Sauteed Cabbage and Mushroom Salad

This meal was absolutely delicious. The tacos were 2 crispy shell tacos filled with lettuce, tomato, onion, vegan sour cream, and vegan meat. The sauteed cabbage is a very tasty side, probably the best cabbage I've had. The mushrooms salad may be cold (its supposed to be) but the mushrooms pack a lot of flavor. Very delicious!
