This dish is delightfully creative it's a perfect blend of Sri Lankan cuisine with
a Western/Mexican fusion. Flavour, texture wise it's complex enough to satisfy a good critic. I'm not sure why they didn't call it a roti taco, because that's kinda what it seems like. This is supposed to be the best dish from here, but they do seem to have several more clearly labelled vegan options, including chocolate mascapone waffles with hazelnut praline!
Having been born in Sri Lanka I have so much to say about this place! Great ambiance and a great aesthetic that perfectly reflects the menu. The service seems to be pretty good too. They give you a small sample of tea as soon as you're seated!
It's super colonial, with the heavy emphasis on tea and Western asthetic as well as the Western fusion style menu. I'm not entirely sure how to feel about it, because I really like the experience here!
