When in Innsbruck… you’ll surely stumble upon Swing Kitchen! Why? Because it’s right in the
middle of the action; a hop, skip, and jump from Innsbruck’s iconic Golden Roof and other tourist attractions.
We enjoyed our last dinner of our summer holiday there. It’s got that fast-food feel, but with a sustainable twist… For example, drinks are served self-service style, out of enamel cups rather than plastic.
It’s casual fare on the all-vegan menu: burgers, chips, and these more-ish cheesy chili bites. They were delicious and definitely best shared as they are quite rich and filling!
The restaurant itself is modern and welcoming inside, but since the weather was beautiful we opted to enjoy our meal outside and people-watch, instead 😎
If ever I’m lucky enough to visit Innsbruck again, I’ll definitely be heading back to this awesome spot!
