the tangy tomato base goes well with the vegan meat (which tasted like baked beancurd skin layered together, pretty innovative) ⭐️ #veganuary

Not a big fan of the mock meat, but the pasta itself was very delicious!
If the dish came without the mock meat it would be a 4.5 star dish! Mainly got my protein from the mushrooms in the pasta, but I dont think there were enough
