This muffin is quite good! I have never had anything quite like this before. The
fruits in the muffin give it a more natural sweet flavor. It is crumbly but not due to be dry. It was well balanced and something that is good for breakfast, a snack or a dessert. If I were ti change one thing and this is being very nit-picky, I’d possibly forgo the dusting of sugar on top of the muffin. The fruit gives it enough sweet flavor without the added sugar. With that said, I wouldn’t turn one down if offered to me! Haha
