Sweet Romano pepper

It was a roasted pepper filled with organic squash, herb rice, olives, ancho relish and cashew nut mole. It’s one of their winter vegan specials, and cost £5.50. It was really, really nice, though not super filling - definitely one of the street food small dishes rather than a full meal. I’d definitely get it again though
