Roast platter for two

This dish was pretty satisfying, my first vegan roast actually. The gravy was so good!

Didn’t eat much but everyone said it was good. Felt a bit expensive tho for the size and ingredients. Maybe my boyfriend could make it 😋

This was great! I much prefer this over the roast burger as the fry breads are nice and soft. Like with the Welsh dragon roast, I really wish there was more potato 😅
