sweet potato sushi

These were at Montreals #veganfest. Amazing sushi, so creative and many different vegetables. I believe there was a vegan truffle sauce. This place was voted best sushi in Montreal (overall, not "best vegan sushi" 🙂). I need to go to the restaurant in Plateau! #veganisnotscary #veganmontreal
