Sweet Potato & Vegetable Gnocchi

I love gnocchi and it's so hard to find in Hong Kong, especially a vegan one! This dish is really interesting too because they use Thai red curry as the sauce (it's a bit spicy for me but worth it). True fusion food haha. The gnocchi doesn't taste super fresh but I was so excited at the prospect of this chewy pasta I didn't mind. #veganuary
