Sushi

I love vege sushi. The uncle does this very well with beet root, radish, cucumber and a dose of sesame seeds. There is no vegan mayo like other cafes. He uses a light vinegrette which makes it very appetising. It leaves a freshness in the mouth and body, making me feel so healthy. Just found out that Uncle has closed this cafe :( So sad... #sushi #firstdishreview
