Such a delightful salad. Its got a healthy serve of quinoa, chickpeas, cranberries and nuts and seeds and more, Topped with tenderstem broccoli and a creamy turmeric-tahini dressing. It’s a mighty tasty salad, and that tahini dressing brought everything together so well. You can get this in different sizes: regular, large or as a side to any of their sandwiches or savoury bakes/rolls, as i’ve done here. Even as a side this was really filling.
