delicious carrot lox ('salmon'). i swear, if fish eaters would taste it blindfolded, they couldn't tell the difference. other ingredients: brown rice, ginger, kimchi, cashew, nori, avocado, edamame, mango, cucumber, carrots,sesame, peanut dressing. all organic an super fresh ingredients. huge serving also. good for two meals. eur 11.90

ok, i admit it. i am one of the biggest fans of superfood deli. 😅

and of course i love their ocean lovers bowl as well. i had the one with crispy 'fish'. brown rice with edamame, cucumber, avocado, beetroot, carrots, mango, vegan fish cubes, cashews and topped with vegan mayo. eur 11.90, which is a lot but all organic and very fresh ingredients plus it is good for two meals. on the third pic you can see half the portion. can highly recommend!
