This is ramen done right! I normally am very picky when it comes to vegan
ramen because the broth is always disappointing but this was done right. The broth was fragrant, full of flavour and had the right consistency while the noodles were springy! Oh and the level of spiciness goes up to Level 5. We decided to take it at Level 1 as we didn’t want the spice to overpower the flavour of the broth and boy, were we glad because Level 1 was just the right amount of spice we needed and it still made our noses run (mind you, my mom, sister and I can handle our spice!)
A great dish to have especially on a cold, rainy day 😋 Supe understood the assignment!
