Abacus seeds are nice and chewy and love it that there are mushrooms and carrots
to add to the textures and flavours of the dish!

It used to taste better and chewier in my family’s memory but it’s still nice
after mixing with some extra quality soy sauce to make this dish more flavourful and less dry! :)
