I love summer rolls and these ones were fantastically presented, super beautiful and very tasty. They were made with a selection of stripy beetroot, tofu, vermicelli, salad leaves, delicately wrapped in rice paper, with coconut peanut dip.
This starter sounded really good on the menu - taste-wise it did not disappoint, it was light refreshing. However, it was a bit difficult to cut and get through, and the experience of eating it was messy and could have been better overall.
