The feta is not vegan so ask for this dish without feta if you get
it!! I just wanted to keep the name as it was on the menu. Even without the feta, this salad had enough ingredients to keep it interesting. Walnuts, olives, and apple slices on top of a huge bed of spinach. The dressing was very light, which really made the ingredients and the earthiness of the spinach pop, which I actually enjoyed. If you don’t love spinach, this isn’t for you.
